Fred is a Partner with Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer.  His areas of practice are Corporate & Commercial and Mergers, Acquisitions and Securities.

He was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1995 and was seconded to the Ontario Securities Commission from 1996 to 1997.

Fred holds an LL.B from the University of Alberta (1994).
