Harry Cupric has been the Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer since January, 2003.  He is a chartered accountant with over 25 years of oil and gas experience including specializing in the area of income taxation for over 10 years with Peat Marwick (KPMG) and Shell Canada Limited.

Prior to joining Highpine, he was Vice President, Finance & Chief Financial Officer for Ascot Energy Resources Ltd., a public junior oil and gas company. He was Treasurer of Morrison Petroleums Ltd./Northstar Energy Corporation from 1993 to 1998.
